Unit 1 My School
My school is a wonderful place. There are many classrooms, a big playground, and a library. I love going to school every day. I learn new things and have fun with my friends.
In my classroom, there are desks and chairs for me and my classmates. We have a chalkboard where our teacher writes important information. We also have a class pet, a fish named Goldie. We take turns feeding and taking care of Goldie.
Unit 2 My Family
I love my family. I have a mom, a dad, and a little sister. We do many things together, like going to the park, playing board games, and baking cookies. My little sister always makes me laugh.
My mom is a nurse and my dad is a firefighter. They work hard to take care of our family. I am so grateful for them.
Unit 3 My Friends
I have many friends at school. We play together at recess and sit together at lunch. My best friend is Emma. We have sleepovers and go on adventures together. I can always count on her.
It’s important to be a good friend. We are kind to each other, share our toys, and help each other when we need it. Friendship is one of the best things in the world.
Unit 4 My Day
I wake up early in the morning and brush my teeth. I eat breakfast with my family and then get dressed for school. I walk to the bus stop with my little sister.
At school, I learn new things in my classes. During recess, I play with my friends and run around on the playground. After school, I do my homework and eat dinner with my family. Then I take a bath and get ready for bed. I read a book or listen to music before falling asleep.
Unit 5 My Toys
I have many toys that I love to play with. My favorite toys are my dolls. They have different clothes and accessories to wear and I like to pretend that they are going on adventures.
I also like to play with my toy cars and trucks. I make ramps and obstacle courses for them to go on. It’s so much fun!
Playing with toys is important for kids. It helps us use our imagination and creativity. Plus, it’s just really fun!
Unit 6 My Body
My body is amazing! It has many parts that work together to help me move and play. I have two arms, two legs, and a head with two eyes, a nose, and a mouth.
To stay healthy, I eat nutritious foods and exercise. I play soccer and ride my bike to help keep my body strong.
It’s important to take care of our bodies so that we can have fun and enjoy life!
In conclusion, the topics covered in the third grade curriculum are important for children to learn. They help us understand the world around us, communicate with others, and take care of ourselves. I am excited to continue learning and growing in my education.
